Your domains

Go to My Domains. The page has three tabs: All, Active and Expired.

Domain statuses:

Status	What it means
Active	Registered and working
Pending	Registration is being processed
Pending Transfer	A transfer from another registrar is in progress
Pending DNS	DNS is being set up
Expired	The domain has expired and is not active
Grace Period	Recently expired. Can still be renewed at the normal price.
Redemption	In the redemption period. Can be recovered at a higher cost.
Transferred Out	The domain has been transferred to another provider
Cancelled	The domain registration was cancelled

When a domain is being registered the page shows Domain Registration in Progress. When a transfer from another registrar is in progress it shows Domain Transfer in Progress.

Nameservers

Open a domain and go to its nameserver settings. Choose:

• Use default nameservers: uses your hosting provider's nameservers.
• Use custom nameservers: enter your own nameserver addresses.

Save the change. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect worldwide.

Lock, transfer code and privacy

Setting	What it does
Registrar lock	Prevents accidental or unauthorised transfers; turn it off before initiating a transfer away
Email EPP Code	Sends the authorisation code needed to transfer the domain to another registrar
ID protection	Hides your personal contact details from public WHOIS lookups

Renew a domain

Click Renew Now to renew a domain before it expires. You can also turn on auto renew. When enabled, a renewal invoice is raised automatically before the domain expires and the domain renews once it is paid.

Contact details

Open a domain to update the registrant contact details. Changes may be subject to a verification email from the registry.

Transfer a domain in

To transfer a domain from another registrar to this provider, use the domain search in the ordering flow, click Transfer this domain instead and enter the Authorization Code from your current registrar.
